Ceramica Rondine has developed a new brick finish wall tiles collection: Brick Generation, a perfect blend of contemporary style and timeless appeal.

 Ceramica Rondine has developed a new brick finish wall tiles collection: Brick Generation, a perfect blend of contemporary style and timeless appeal. We’re looking at a wall covering able to offer an impressively accurate reproduction of the surface and the feel of brick. The rough texture, of an unprecedented material intensity, comes in a wide variety of shades, which, in a thickness of just 10 mm, brings the marvellous essence of brick right back to life. This focus on bringing a personal touch to settings with a brickwork twist allows us to experiment with a few simple objects to create a 100% urban look.

 Ceramica Rondine launched its Brick Generation project at Cersaie 2014. It was on that occasion that Andrea Castrignano fell in love with brick effect porcelain stoneware and also met Lauro Giacobazzi, the President of Ceramica Rondine, and the team of the Rubiera-based company. This led to their collaboration on many renovation projects featured in “Cambio Casa, Cambio Vita” (literally “I'm moving house, I'm changing life”, a reality series presented by the interior designer on Mediaset’s La5 channel) and unveiled at Cersaie 2016, where they jointly presented three new ceramics projects.

Venice offers a fascinating take on industrial brickwork, bringing an original, contemporary twist. The 6x25 brick tile comes in elegant new colours that are the fruit of unprecedented research. The colour palette - silver, copper and gold – is the end result of a technological process developed by Ceramica Rondine’s R&D laboratory. The hallmark feature of the Venice collection is the unique type of body, which differs from the traditional process, using only stoneware powder, in that a percentage of glass is added.
